Print

Print is a classic option for customising textiles. We have a variety of different types on offer. From traditional screen printing, to transfer and digital printing, all the way to sublimation printing, we can fulfil your every wish. We specialise in different colours, designs and textile areas. Flock transfer printing is also a popular way to optimally enhance your textiles. For the print program we simply require a vector graphic (PDF, EPS, AI) or a JPG in high resolution.

Embroidery

The embroidery of textiles is a process that is characterized by its prominent appearance and longevity. With our high-quality embroidery threads, almost all logos, lettering and complex designs can be realized while the possibility of individual placement of the embroidery gives your garments a unique appearance.
A combination of finishing techniques is also possible. For example, we can print on your sweater's sleeve while at the same time stitching your logo onto the chest area. For the embroidery program we simply require a vector graphic (PDF, EPS, AI) or a JPG in high resolution.

Patch

Patches are a good way to redefine Windbreakers and Softshell Jackets as well as other, similar products. Whether big or small, patches are a very modern way to redefine a product and are optimal for the personalization of products that cannot be redefined due to the material they are made of.

Refinement

You can choose your desired clothing from a Basic Collection (Blanks), which we refine according to your needs and requirements. We work very closely with big-name textile producers. Among their high-quality prefabricated products, we are sure to find your desired garment together. You can find an overview of their products under the tab "Basic Collections".
We are also happy to advise you with your decision. We don’t only offer garments. We are happy to create giveaways or promotional items for you or your company. This includes pens, stamps, key rings and so much more.

Customize

Contrary to refining blanks, MASTERS OF MERCH offer you the opportunity to produce your own textiles and cuts. This is what distinguishes us from typical textile finishers on the market!
This approach allows you to individually create and choose the fabric quality (organic cotton, viscose, polyester, etc.), fabric thickness, collars, sleeves, label, button bar, custom zip ends, side slits and even decorative colour seams.
Regardless of whether you decide to choose the classical version - the refining of blanks - or whether you would like to produce your own individually chosen cuts, we will carry out all the necessary production steps for you. This is based on years of experience and excellent relationships with our producers and suppliers.

Production Requirements

We start with the production of a collection as soon as we have received pre-payment.

For this we calculate the following production times:
- 6-8 Weeks for up to 1 000 Pcs incl. Sampling for custom made Products (incl. Shipment)
- 8-10 Weeks for up to 1 000 Pcs incl. Sampling for custom made Products (incl. Shipment)

Timing

To adhere to these deadlines, we need the following from our clients:
- A finished visualization of the product
- The logos as a vector graphic
- The Pantone ink (if needed)
- The measurements of the needed sizes

Deadlines can vary if the production is very detailed, but of course once we know the scope of work, we can inform you how long the production time will be.

Reorders

If you’d like to reorder a product, we utilise the following production times:
- 4-6 Weeks for up to 1 000 Pcs (incl. Shipment)
- 6-8 Weeks for up to 10 000 Pcs (incl. Shipment)
